ThoughtTrace Swag Rewards
Faced with a decrease in physical events and opportunities to directly interact with current and potential customers, ThoughtTrace needed a solution to keep their audience engaged and reward them for attending webinars, virtual events, and for being a continued partner.
Partnering with Identity Works, ThoughtTrace launched a customer-facing custom QuickBrand store, utilizing reward points for currency. As customers attend webinars, virtual meetings, or engage with the brand on social media, the ThoughtTrace team can issue reward points to users that they can then redeem for the branded ThoughtTrace gear!
In addition to utilizing reward points, the swag store is used to distribute limited edition product kits, where ThoughtTrace can provide promo codes to give users access to custom swag kits, leaning on Identity Works' custom kitting and fulfillment capabilities to pick/pack/kit/ship products as they are ordered.
The swag store is fully automated for ThoughtTrace to allow customers to redeem rewards, requiring only one member of the team to issue points on an as-needed basis. This system gives ThoughtTrace and their clients:
